Today I thought I would share one of the other contenders for my Thanksgiving OOTD that I wore on Monday.
Because there was no rain in the forecast, I switched out the rain boots for these suede loafers from Marshall’s.
This pumpkin colored sweater is another pick by my MIL when we went shopping together at TJ Maxx.
It is SO soft and comfy. The only downfall is the fact that there are no pockets. I paired it with this snake print sleeveless No Boundaries brand, mock neck from Walmart. I ended up buying this in every color they had. At $5.96, it was worth it.
Side note: they wash up very nicely.
Since I always like to wear something thrifted, I added this $4.99 green agate stone necklace to the look.
This is the same necklace that broke in half (the big stone) the minute I got home, because I dropped it. Luckily, Mitch was able to glue it back together using E6000 glue that was recommended by the local bead store.
Unfortunately, the necklace gets lost in the snake pattern. Had I not wanted to wear a thrifted item, I wouldn’t have worn a necklace at all.
Thrift update : If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen in my stories that I already went off the thrift wagon and hit up Savers on Monday where I ended up buying TWELVE items! #ImWeak
Hey, at least ONE item was on my thrift list.
